The space is not welcoming. The fluorescent lights are too bright and it felt like the place needed a good cleaning. I asked for a printout of my report and was refused. I had to ask for metrics received last year but didn’t get initially this time. It seems like making money is more important than providing a positive customer experience. I won’t go back. I don’t recommend this business.
